Are you animator? Or maybe modeller? Or VFX-artist? I didn't understand.
Big studios hunt for professionals in (don't know how it in engish) their particular area of work. If they search for animators, they will watch only animation demo-reels, if they looking for modeller thay will hunt for modelling demo-reels.
I propose you to recreate your demo with specialization of yourself - animator, modeller, concept artist etc.
