There's a $275 charge (if you need a lawer. In which there might be an additonal $50 charge. Why? That I don't know.) And there's a $325 charge (if you dont need a lawer. And there's no additional charges as well. Lol!) then after it's all done there is a 3 to 4 month wait before your trademark is Official. How I know all this.....I just got off the phone with the USPTO agent and she walked me through the online process. (^.^)
