Koshiki Naihanchin - Joe (Hong Kong)

Shorinjiryu Kenkokan Karatedo - Basic Kata:#1 Koshiki Naihanchin. Since many of the 'original' Fightin Fit Team had left Hong Kong, I have received request by some students (past& present) to provide videos of the Kata's thar we had learnt from our Late Shihan Pierre Ingrassia.

In order to maintain your interest and desire to learn, I will ONLY upload a new Kata every couple of months...that way you guys(U know who u r) can go away and practise them in sequential order and come back for the next one!! I even performed it at half pace!!No get out there and practise!!

Yes...Ciaran and I go way back over at least a decade. We used to be training partners in Hong Kong and we had the same Sensei. May I ask who u are?? a student perhaps?
