Russian tech is overrated.. and plus they are stupid and childish. Russians always oppose others and say they are the best, but then their words have no influence and they are treated like children who have just received their first cannon. In fact, if Russia opposes any normal country, they will find their cheap and numerous levies/mercenaries will not have so much of an effect with modern assault rifles and technology. The last time numbers were effective was maybe 50 years ago.
