I've had the same experience with a pigment at a CCO. It was half empty! So you know I took that back. FYI - - - You can exchange at a CCO with your receipt.

Hey girl! Great haul vid! I wanted to share a little tip you could use with the yellow polish- if you put a white base coat of polish first, it'll make the yellow more true to tone when you apply :) That's what I have to do with some of my wild colors like that :) Thanks for sharing your videos!
