Seed the Feed: Facebook newsfeed changes works best if you add diversity

Yesterday I noticed a new facebook newsfeed feature. It was just implemented and added by facebook without me doing any changes. It looks like now in addition to fb combining feed posts when different friends/pages in your network share the exact same LINK, Now fb also curates the feed to combine when multiple sources post about the same keyword TOPIC. this could be cool, could help you identify trends and sentiment but this works best if you already step outside your own echo chamber and Seed the Feed with diversity forst. you need to nourish yourself and your sources with differing,opposing viewpoints to get a well balanced picture of whats happening, how people are interpreting the same events and where the real spin is coming from.
