If this patient presented with abdominal pain post abdominal surgery and a bowel perforation was suspected - why are we looking at a chest xray and not a KUB ?

@xray052 Because bowl perforation is diagnosed on Erect Chest x-rays not on KUB.

i had 2 x rays done normal .recurent fever for 1 yr now comes for 3 days then goes away for 10 days .going for 9 months now.had gone for a holiday to goa . malaria tests were negative.clssic cold like symptoms when fever is there runny nose mild pain in the chest sometimes.have a good appettite.no weight loss.what do u think??

@aliett chest x ray came back normal, blood test was normal, but i still have flu symptoms now and then  thnks for ur reply back thoughnose gets drippy eyes burn i get a cough which goes after a few days
