PROTESTantism, is any denomination that comes after the reformation that rejects the sacraments established by Christ and His apostles, yea this is protestantism.

So you think all protestants believe this is true? Just because one person is in error doesn't mean all others believe this. I know Catholics that believe infant baptism can save a person even though they live worldly lives never believing in Jesus as Lord and saviour. I wouldn't want to assume that you believe that too just because some others do.

There are a couple of the early protestant churches that believe in a few of the sacraments, but they really arent sacraments anymore, just symbols. Being baptized is indeed part of salvation, of course protestants invented this "sinners prayer" believing that is what saves you, where as Catholics and Orthodox work towards salvation, if someone decides that it is not for them, well that is their choice.

Salvation is by faith and then once your saved you can to works that are Truly for the Lord and I hope that as you read your Bible God will open your eyes today but that is another topic. So according to your beliefs you have to work for salvation. So if a baby is baptized and doesn't do good works for the Lord they aren't saved. Well the catholic church near my house says if you are baptized you are saved. Check out Ephesians 2:8
