Beautiful firey sunset over West Los Angeles 1080p (at Griffith Obseratory) V08842

This amazingly colorful sunset broke out of the otherwise cloudy day just before dark and thrilled visitors to the Griffith Observatory with a spectacuar sight!

I would have loved to film this with a tripod-mounted DSLR but all I had on me at the time was a hand-held Canon HF100 (sorry for the camera motion!). Still, it was a beautiful sight and well worth the effort to capture it :-)

I could imagine all sorts of cool things to do if they still allowed animated icons and backgrounds. I had made and uploaded my animations long before they stopped allowing it, and was careful not to change anything so they would last as long as possible. However, when they forced us all to the new page layouts, all the old stuff went away so I had to re-upload the non-animated versions :-( Note there are still some lingering animated icons out there  :-]

It probably is, for most people... But I'm soooo darned creative, and I even thought about stopping.... once... but I think I would need something like "videomakers anonymous" to be successful! XD

Yea, I do have a lot of channels :-) All the JCMDI ones are mine, plus two more that aren't readily apparent - HummingBirdChannel and TheNatureStation... All together I have over 2700 videos online now, and tons more on the way! :-O
