Texas Court: Sect Kids Shouldn't Have Been Taken

It makes me sad to think there are so many people who thought those kids should be returned to that hell. I don't know why they didn't give them academic tests to see if they were up to normal education levels since they were home schooled. If the majority were not up to their grade level in math and english, that would be the very definition of NEGLECT. Neglect of a child is reason to remove them from the home. TX could have built a case, they didn't want to spend the $. Now the kids suffer.

At least you didn't offend me maybe there is hope, definetly a step forward for you. I did read lots of books written by women that left and if you do study the whole picture you will see that if the parents leave the sect, then certainly the best place for a kid is with the family but if the family is blinded by the sect belief then the children, especially the girls will face a terrible future and as painful as it can be,it is best for them to see the outside world and make up their own mind

Weather I am an animal or a human has NOTHING to do with this case. And there is something wrong with you if you wouldn't be "frustrated" having your kids taken away.

one 12 year old girl pregnant? What about all the rest you don't know about? What about all the frustrated women? These kids are bound to become frustrated and brain washed kept in ignorance, get some news, try not to talk out of your bum. I guess you can't, it is too complicated, your points are empty and meaningless that's why you try to fill the space with all the swearing. I like constructive confrontation but not with animals that can only offend to try to argue their point.

....with all that you did wish to me I think you are as sick as the pedophile you describe, you don't seem to be much better
read some of the books written by the people who menaged to escape as I have done and maybe, you can understand how these kidsdo not stand a chance in that community.
I could also use your languagge and offend you with all the swearing under the sun but I leave that kind of language to ignorant people like you.
You are just a pig with a pea brain

No...but SOME black people and SOME white people and SOME brown people and SOME yellow people and SOME red people molest AND abuse kids! So by your logic, NOONE should raise a kid as a parent? How about every kid born after the year 2010 is raised in a government institution? MOST government institutions for children are MORE abusive then the AVERAGE house a child is taken from. It's getting the belt every few weeks vs. being on a five-point restraint board for up to 4 days at one time.

I wonder if back in the 1800's they told the media (newspapers at the time) that they only took those Cherokee children "for their own good"? Yeah sure dozens of kids died but you fuckers who watch too much mainstream BS would BELIEVE the government side of that one I'm sure. The Cherokee kids could be in front of you, crying, even dead! And some of you'd just say "Oh no they didn't march the kid to death, he's just tired".

Listen to you you sicko. I hope you're neighbor who you don't even KNOW is a pedophile so that a SWAT team can point guns at you and your family and kidnap YOUR children. And then they'll say "it's okay, his neighbor was a pedo". When there's FOUR HUNDRED AND SOME PEOPLE living in a place, and there is ONE pregnant 12 year old girl, know what that's called? IT'S CALLED 2009, there's pregnant 12 year olds everywhere dumbass. Why couldn't they just take the kids who were molested?.
Well, the question america needs to ask is whether we as citizens want the federal govt to be able to take our kids based on weak circumstantial evidence.
Good thing this case was SO WEAK that even the Texax Courts gave up.
HOWEVER, I am pretty sure there is some child abuse going on at that place.
Will we ever know the truth now????

These states throughout America use children to support state officials who have impunity. Our leaders in this country never talk about this crime being done to Americas children. They need to release more than just the children in Texas, there are children all over America who are being wrongfully held by these greedy state officials including my daughter from the state of Missouri.
