If chips have to be made from potatoes then i guess sun chips, corn chips, and tortilla chips aren't really chips because there made of corn products and grains.

Yeah i feel like that when i work out, after working out for about 45mins or an hour, i go home thinking i can eat whatever i want because i was healthy and worked out, but no, i'm always wrong and end up eating more calories than i lost that day..grr..i don't know i'm so hungry after i work out. NO MORE.
