my family have several disable members and i so agree, and the places like good will and the portland rehabibilation center , in the years that i have been affiliated with it have done nothing but still from the handicap, they are just as wrong and depriving , and , well i wont say anymore their criminals.

that's an excellent question to ask. I hope things improve for the people with disabilities, they are often left left-out.
