I have met him at like 6 different conventions now over the course of 4 years, but some of the conventions I have seen him more than once at. :-D He does indeed remember who I am so I feel very honored. I like to think of him as a friend, yea. He is really the coolest dude ever (at least as far as celebrities go).

Robert is one of the most Amazing and kind acters youll run into he's one of those famous people who play creepy people but end up being the sweetest person ever! I wish I could meet him may be some day. I stared watching him when I was a kid every role he has ever played seems to fit him well

@lovethemovies3 ya and kane hodder will always be the really jason. not derrick mears and not ken kirzinger. i only wish kane hodder got to fight robert englund in freddy vs jason. ken kirzinger was a good jason but kane hodder will always be the real jason, and robert englund will always be the really freddy

@adamtheape yeah they are.....Robert is my favourite horror star though...by a long shot.....he's hilarious and really talented....people should see more of his older work before branding him as simply "that guy who plays freddy." yes....he is and always will be the ONLY freddy but..the man has even more talent that gets looked past i think.

great video - but when he says "how've you been -- how've you been - have you been good? you look great" - in my opinion, that's his attempt at making you a real person in the same way HE'S a real person, ya see? Versus "can you say something for my video" ya know? Anyway, funny video but maybe the next time you see him, even though he's Freddy, treat him like a friend ;-) You'll get an even better memory out of it that way...
