You are correct in that one of the old US video covers had scenes from Robocop 3 on it, I believe it was the "American Home Entertainment" release. It also featured other images on the cover that were not from that movie.

Yeah, I think the picture of the zombie is the only thing from the movie on the cover.

Ian, buddy, I saw a fullscreen, probably edited, version of this a few years ago, and I was bored! I do admit it was interesting seeing zombies flying planes, driving cars, wielding knives and guns, etc.
