this is a great workout for gaining muscle in your legs and butt.. but you have to remember to run and get some cardio in.. by doing that you will burn the extra fat off and be left with nicely toned legs.
also you have to keep in mind that the legs that you want will require a bit of patience.. give it a month.. eat healthy and you'll start seeing results :))

@syarah78 your thighs are getting bigger bc you are gaining muscle!! :) its a good thing.. now all you have to do is run (cardio in general) to burn the fat off of your tighs.. once you start doing that you will see nice toned legs.

My thighs don't look bad on skinnies,but shorts is a whole nother thing I have a flat stomach but I used to be over weight and I never could get the weight off my legs. Does this actually work.? I don't wanna waste my time.
can a 13 yr old do this?!

@SexyAbs234 I feel your joy bro! I've been using it also and got amazing results with that diet method. Never happende with any other diet program before. If i remember it correctly, the name of the site is WeightLossAction.Info, right?
