  • I went blind, deaf, and dumb from the greatness.

  • Hey man! Look at me I'm rockin' out.. I'm at the String Quartet.

  • SOAD as in Symphony Of A Down

  • Wow, wow wow wow wow, this is amazing! An already incredible song by a kick-ass band made into a beautiful strings melody. AMAZING job!

  • hear system and I have an orgasm, I listen to these guys and I have an orgasm too, so, long live soad! Greetings from Argentina.

It was a reply to someone who asked for reasons to dislike these covers, so I just named one (I don't dislike them, but they feel flat at times).

I can hear the chords, I just don't get what modes you're talking about - more of an analysis question ;)

  • @twooffour

My mistake, I thought you were talking about this song by itself. How come you brought up the other songs on this post where it probably would be more appropriate to post it on those songs?

But anyhow, yes, there are several chords in this song. Take a peek at e-chords.com site. Youtube won't let me post the link. Go to that site and then for the rest of the address put: /chords/system-of-a-down/radio-video

  • @SpryPersonalVids

Having that said, what 2+ modes? All I hear is f# minor... unless maybe you count the E major chord as implying A Major?
