These Guys Think Cross fit is hard!! Let them try to go through one of the Top UFC or any top MMA fighters workout

Crossfit work outs are not really work outs but more like drugs. Repeating movements with fatigue leads to bad posture. Myoglobin is released into the blood stream when muscles are worked so hard and the fibers break down. In cases, there seem to be kidney problems and kidney shutdowns associated with it. If you wan to F@#k up your body, and fell like hell for it, crossfit is your solution. Hell, drugs make you fell good while committing self body destruction.

@MITO64KICK Highly disagree..you must be a personal trainer...and losing business because of crossfit. From what I have seen crossfit produces higher results than any personal trained person I know...Personal trainers are extremely overpriced and people are getting smarter about how they implement their fitness, instead of paying a personal trainer thousands of dollars. I made the mistake of paying a personal trainer, and found out really fast that I pushed myself harder.

@greasemonkey1228 I am a fighter, and have great stamina, been known to hang with elite pro fighters...but when I started crossfit it was a humbling experience...i have been for a month, and I am gaining strength whithin leaps and bounds...my core has gotten about 10 times stronger, and all my back pain is gone...most people that talk smack either don't do it, or if they did cheated themselves into thinking they were actually pushing themselves.

I see people hate on crossfit so much, but if it's terrible why is there not more injured skinny competitors instead of big, in shape competitors.

Oh yeah Crossfit doesnt make a pro sports player or sprinter or weightlifter, but they do make green beret and Navy seals

Ive only worked out for a year in my life and that was with crossfit. I have a 62inch jump both feet planted and trained two a days with my highschool football team for a week and it was sooo easy

I think its ignorant to say that the fighters are not as in good shape. As many of you may know, the muscles in the body adapt and over time the same workout is easier for you because the muscles have adapted to THAT WORKOUT REGIMEN. If you put the cross fit people to spar/fight for 10-12 rounds, they're going to be gassed out half way because their muscles haven't adapted to that type of training (fighting/sparring)
