A simple improvisation, but with use of a beautiful electronic percussion instrument, called the Zendrum. The Zendrum is a very sensitive midicontroller. We used it to play some easy listening, percussion music in our otherwise intense percussion program. But as it is a midi controller, you can acces any sounds you wish, ofcourse.

The first zen drum player I've seen that understands, uses, and does not try to overcome its limits.
What were you using for sound?

Thank you for the nice words. The sounds mainly comes from an old module from Roland, the U-110. In the opening, the long sounds mainly came from an old Korg module, the X5DR.
Again an old module from Yamaha, the MEP4, was used to manipulate the gate time from the Zendrum.
