i was there in October 2009. my first time there, i had a couple of drinks near the entrance. the second, i was rather empty, found out they were "visited" by the men in uniform. the third, we had a couple drinks, smoked hookah, and in a drunken haze, found stairs that led to a second. floor. dude opened the door for us, and GODDAAAAAAAAAM there was a party cracking off!! i love Insomnia MAK MAK!
