BBC is the mouth piece of the British government similar to Voice of America is the US government mouth piece broadcasting. The first part of your comment says that race plays a part in the election by double digit polling data. This is not true and the poll cited was used out of context as Senator Obama's support polls prove.
Second the Kremlin runs the RT network so the stories they run have Kremlin approval. This is a very similar tactic the KGB used in the 60's and 70's against America
