Volti di Terra Madre

The video presents many of the portraits taken by photographer Mauro Vallinotto during the fourth edition of the Terra Madre world meeting in Turin.
Created by the Slow Food association, Terra Madre is a network of small-scale producers, chefs and musicians, representatives from the academic world, associations and non-profit organizations, united in one common desire: to safeguard traditional knowledge and local products threatened by standardization, guaranteeing everyone food produced in a way that respects the environment and human health.
Musical accompaniment compiled by Mauro Pagani features the music of Senegalese artist Badara Seck and Pagani himself.
