I've got to agree with him on a certain moral ground. This bear is not playing. He's bored to death and passing his time by going back and forth. Polar bears are known for their massive territorial range and distance traveled everyday. Don't get me wrong. The enclosure is beautifully designed to recreate a habitat and keep them busy. I'm sure they will live very fruitful lives and benefit their species but it's sad watching them with nothing to do.

Yeah... they are pretty impressive animals... I mean... it's cool to help preserve them and all that... but they need room to breathe... I mean... it's like having super powers and never using them... they can smell through several feet of ice have like a billion suction cups on their feet... they've developed that way for a reason... maybe food drops at the pole would be more effective... I dunno... I'm sure they'd find it...
