The journey of Thai street dog, Mick, on the road to recovery. Mick was brought in by animal welfare organisation, SCAD, as part of a community spay/neuter project. His mouth was swollen with lesions, dripping pus and he was unable to eat or drink. He was anorexic and in constant pain. In the first part of his story (see Mick's story, part 1), Mick was sent for tests to see if he had cancer... the story now continues in part 2 of Mick's story.

  • 1.46 ... but he is just so happy to be alive ...

They, all animals, certainly are just so happy to be alive.

Thank YOU SCAD for the hard work and great hearts ;D

  • @2noetube Yes, Mick has always been a happy dog (apart from when he first came to us and was unable to eat and in so much pain, of course). He is in Canada now waiting for his forever home. He's doing really, really well and loves the open countryside there where he can run to his hearts content and play with his other human and canine friends.

  • Hi - thanks so much for viewing the video! Mick is doing even better now. Thanks too, for caring about Thailand's soi cats and dogs. Give our pats to Tootsie! ... and do visit us again soon.

Best wishes, from the team @SCAD
