Just as well they made Eve a black woman.
-
You can tell that this woman really believes that she didn't brainwash her kids. Sad, really, that she didn't expose them to any ideas but her own beliefs, gave them smiles and encouragement when they parroted back her beliefs, spoke negatively about other faiths but still believes they weren't forced. But then, if she was brainwashed to begin with, it is understandable.

What I'm wondering is what kind of creepy ass show are those kids watching?
-
check the follow-up on the kid. It looks like he did okay--brainwashing or not. Perhaps, just perhaps, his parents did the right thing. There appears to be no measurable damage to mankind.

OMG, this is Ned Flanders!

@DisWldFrk90 Silence speaks volumes. As children, we seek the approval and love of our parents, whether we can admit it or not.
Faith is a complex thing to figure out.

forcing includes brainwashing, that means getting them go to this jesus camp

>can't force to serve the lord. BITCH, medieval Europe was fucking forced to serve him. Those who didn't were tortured and killed.
-
Right, you exploited the naivete of children who are still at the age where they are hardwired to unconditionally believe anything to tell them, but you didn't force them.
@inconsp1cuous1515 Interesting thing is my Christian parents did not at all bring me up to believe I had to believe or I'd go to hell. Yet I still felt forced once I started moving away from that religion. Even if they didn't actually say anything bad against me I felt pressured because of the look they'd give me when I got farther and farther away. So I hope they don't think you have to use words for them to feel pushed. Sometimes all it takes is silence.

"Oh, well, of course we're not forcing our children! What a silly idea! I mean, we've been reading the bible to them as historically factual bed time stories since birth, taking them to church 4 times a week, sending them off to brainwa-...er, church camp in the summer, homeschooling them and teaching them that science is evil and treacherous, and only letting them watch jesus-freak TV, but forcing them? No, never!"
