Deirdre was Noel Carroll who ran in Olympics, 880;. was chair of Dublin City Corporation. He co- founded Dublin City Marathon. Sadly, died of heart attack while traiining at DCU Oct 1998.
Deirdre, Mary O;Hara, and Kathleen Watkins were regulars on RTE during the '70/80s. Their archives will possible provide further enjoyment.

Thank you for posting Deirdre O'C. For a long time nothing was to be found of her on YouTube.Once I bought 2 LP's of Deirdre in Ireland and being Dutch I am far from information about her.Found out she was born in 1939, so already 71 now. Wonder when this TV-fragment(?) was taken.Does anyone knows if she retired from singing and if she is still living in Ireland and where? All info about her welcome. Thanks from the Netherlands. -
