Crip - Is the veteran of all three walks and was used as a gang dance.walk to celebrate claiming a hood ro watever. It is generaly slower,less bouncy and very laid back.
Clown - Clown is a fast,bouncier flashier version then than the crip walk and contains different moves in.
Crown - Is a slow,laid back bouncy version which can contain flashy moves and wow moves. It is basicaly the mix of crip and clown hence the name crown.

Well, clown is not used in any gang sort of type, it was just for fun, and crown is the much more advanced type of clown walking, as you can see, it is used to express feeling ect.
