Man sorry this is not racist, but its true...the Indian (or any south Asian) accent sucks and is sooo annoying. Its like a train running and Indians talk in a very annoying and funny way...why?? Its like Bud bud...ding ding...they don;t say Very, they say "Berry Good", and they always say "OK, No problem Sir"...that is so annoying...

Hey Dean! I understand wat u feel but look @ the other side as well. I've worked in a BPO for a year n wen we cant solve a query or is out of our hands, supervisor is the only guy who can authorize the action due to security procedures. Trust me Dean, nobody wants to bring on a supervisor on a call. Em sorry 4 the bad experience u had. Tc Dean.

Hi Tophater, I didn't intend my previous message to be negative. The way it's true is the way they simply read from books and only say what they are told to say. When I have always asked a question beyond what's in their book, they just asked if I would like to speak with a supervisor or some other comical comment. I didn't want a supervisor; I just expected the Call Center Operator to take care of my problem and they seldom did. Some call centers have with scripts and the operators are efficent

This aint the truth abt Indian call centers. Its completely wrong and most of the American calls are routed here and we give good service. Not like these. Hope i've cleared ur doubt Dean.
