the same thing happened to me its after this goverment guy phones me after you get the guy who betrayed niko in war. It could be something to do with that dunno.

The game AI actually does the right thing. The gamer is using some cheat that makes him not get chased by the police. When the officer who drives the car gets killed the other officer (black) removes him from the drivers seat to be able to drive himself. Pretty logical.

It's not a cheat. It's a bug.

Its not a bug anyways since the AI does what its supposed to do to preserve itself. If you look at the behavior of the AI's in the game they try to preserve themself by getting away from the danger or defend themselves.

Yes yes, AI does what it's supposed to do.
But the fact that they didn't start chasing me is a bug. Not a cheat.

I was the player and believe me that it wasn't any cheat at all. Even when I tried the cheat to make my wanted level higher it gave no results. This bug made the police never pursuiting me.
