Why the posturing? What does any of this have to do with the courts (anymore)? Conducting the sale outside the Courthouse is very clever though. It's a lot like product placement in movies. The product, while not necessarily being advertised, or promoted, acquires publicity and exposure, and increased sales! simply by association. Similarly, the Non-judicial, Deed of Trust foreclosure process, while not really being housed in the walls of lady justice, still acquires an air of validity and due-process by association... yeah, "due process," I think that's in the fourth Amendment, or the fifteenth, it's in one of those two... or maybe both! Anyhoo, it was not available, not out here, not on these cold steps, not amongst the breezy turbulence so unabated as it flew between the pillars, at least not on this gray, December, Friday morning.

That's not right. What did the guy tell you afterwards. And why was John a dick, because as shown in the other video sales are postponed if the person requests the postponement. What was the deal there. And what kind of asshole bids on a house where the person is standing there asking them not to? And WTF with the $1 bid. This pissed me off as I watched, but also made me feel powerless. Is there any recourse?

Our tax money bails out citibank and they give themselves bonuses while we get kicked out its our money they need to give some of it back the government is corupt and they have interest with these banks and its the top 1% against the bottom 99% i think it time for some action how can we live in a world where a singer makes more than a teacher the world is upside down and i wish more ppl would work to help we are the 99% against that 1% we can't lose this is a democracy
