八段錦是一種在中國古代發明的健身方法,由八種肢體動作組成,內容包括肢體運動和氣息調理。八段錦有人認為是氣功的一種。也有演變成中國武術一種。

  • 這是參考許多前輩的八段錦動作在加入自己練太極拳的經驗改編而成­!

    希望八段錦與太極拳一樣綿延不斷!練氣~氣不能間斷因而設計從一­至八式可以一氣合成.其主因是:本人教學生太極拳前舒筋練氣之用­!(介紹好東西八段錦給太極拳同好分享認識古老氣功八段錦~)

    晚輩再此感謝各界同好批評指教!

  • 這套功法,與站上其他人的功法不一樣,請問這套功法,源自於何處­,好像也融合了一些太極,舞動的功法很優美。是自創的嗎?
