When in conflict with said Policy officers always state THAT I AM ACTING UNDER PROTEST & DURESS & DO NOT CONTEST to their phony unlawful regulations/statutes - every officer has to note this - tell them to write it down or acknowledge your PROTEST - USE THE FORCE BACK AT THEM. This is why the amherest police department suck big time. I believe that most cops use there badge to get away with thing. most to all cops are liers, losers and became cops because alot of people dont like them growing up. cops should be voted in by the city they live in. if there is one thing that they do wrong there fried on the spot. im sick of hearing about cops in the line if duty being killed or injured and the everyday person never get that type of spot light at all.

Well, I did not hear anything out of the ordinary on the tapes. Also, perhaps Mike should have been at the courthouse as he was supposed to and this would not have happen. This video or voice recording makes no sense other than someone making a complaint because he got in trouble for not showing up in court. Bad Mikey, bad Mikey.
