For some reason the story goes round on the web that Nico Carsten's composition, "Die Graskop Polka" (Graskop is a town in South Africa) is the ending song in the film "Slacker". Unfortunately that story is false - the ending tune in that movie is a version of "Skokiaan". I guess the confusion arose from the fact that the movie contains both "Die Graskop Polka" and "Skokiaan", but only gives credit for "Die Graskop Polka". On top of that, the South African Rock Archives claims that it is in fact the same tune.

This video contains Horst Wende's version of "Die Graskop Polka" as composed by Carstens and the tune ("Skokiaan") at the end of the movie "Slacker" can be found here: http://youtu.be/nuAvYIze4gY. BTW, this record has been out of print for a very long time, so enjoy!
