Awesome mod for GTA 4, Small clip I made of the police chasing me out-a-time. Delorean model by Patrick Millet and original mod by Bttf92it:
Other mods installed:
1st person mod plus many car textures and some new guns.

Installation:
1. Check what version of the game you're running
(must be 1.0.6.0). This mod does not work on EFL or LAD,
atleast what I know of.
----Only on GTA IV----
If you're not sure just download the 1.0.6.0 update patch here and run it: (rar archive. 116mb)

2. After the update is finished
download this file and follow the instructions:

3. Download the delorean model from link below and replace any 2 door car you want using sparkIV.

4. Download the Microsft.net Framework 4 and install it.

If you have trouble getting the mod to work that's beacuse A: You're trying to down-grade the game from 1.0.7.0 to 1.0.6.0 which is not possible. B: Forgot to turn the time circuits on using the + button.
C: You might have other mods installed that interfers with this one. D: Didn't read the readme files included.
I Recommend that you install a fresh copy of GTA and install this mod then put in the other ones you want. That's atleast how I got It to work.

I don't think that's possible.. The only way to degrade is to reinstall the game..

But have you tried the mod on 1.0.0.7,It might work, give it a try.

It took me about 3 times before I got the mod fully operational. sucks ass though re-installin since it's a long waiting process..

I guess I could upload my entire game folder as a zip with my saves and then you can replace your whole gta iv game directory. But that means that you've got to download about 13 gb.

@TheSkywalkeer I would actually like the files you used in order to get this to work.. The asi loader, or if you used dsound.dll, or xlive, and the scripthook. I've tried so many different ways to get this to work, and reinstalled the game 3 or 4 times now with no luck. =(

I know the feeling, I tried atleast 5 diffrent dsound.dll files and a bunch of scripthook.dll's before I finally came across working versions. I can mail you all the files I'm using.
