I've gotta say the translations you are giving make the songs seem so much better compared to the lyrics given with the album, I mean I love the album and all the songs but the literal translation of the german version is more heartfelt I guess is the word I'm looking for if any of that actually makes sense lol

whenever i listen to the German ones, it's like, "So that's what this song is about!"

the English is beautiful, but the German version it's easier to understand the message.

The English version can't even compete w/this. It sounds better, there's more meaning... it makes more SENSE. I love the line "Du brauchst der Sucht, kein gegengift.. du willst den kampf der liebe" (you need the drug, no antidote)

@BizarreAndrogynous Yes i think that's true!because i heard somewhere that they made the songs in german and then translated them into english but that it they didn't do that for all their songs!

@DeutscheTHFans I know, and I love the German versions as well. But they did say that on their Humanoid album, some songs actually started out in English, then they made the German ones. I am not sure which songs that applied to, but they said it themselves.

I think when Bill sings in English a lot of the feelings he has gets lost because in thei german songs the lyrics are so much more meaningful and actually shows the real meaning and background of the song!I understand both language,i am german but speak english perfectly (used to live there) and i the german songs mean so much more to me!I love it when Tokio Hotel speaks german and when Bill sings it,it's beautiful because it is their mother tongue! <3
