The theory behind the diet is that a moderate fat diet is better for losing weight then a low fat diet. The weight not only comes off easier it also stays off better. The trick is to eat foods that have "good" fats, also known as "mono unsaturated fatty acids" (or MUFA -- pronounced like "MOO-fa"). Here's a diet guide for getting a flat belly. You may think that it's only going to be about fruits and vegetables. If you think that, you're wrong. Don't drink your calories. High protein and high fiber is the way to go. Eat breakfast no matter what. 5-6 small meals are better than 2-3 big meals. If you're sick and tired of getting the same old boring and tired weight loss advice on how to lose weight and get a flat belly... you know, like "Eat more fruits and vegetables, drink 8 glasses of water, exercise more, and blah blah blah"... then you found the right person.
