In order to merge workbooks in Microsoft Excel, the first workbook should be shared under the "Tools" menu by checking the box that allows for workbook merging. Merge two workbooks by clicking on "Compare and Merge Workbook" and following other tips from a software developer in this free video on using Microsoft Excel.
