A short video of the 7th flight of my Hangar 9 Piper Cub. Winds gusting to 11 MPH, but the Cub handled just fine.

  • Nice. I have a 1/4 RV4 from great planes powered by a .70 supertiger.

  • @dirtriderjacob - I've always been fond of that sport bird, the RV4 looks like its flying 100 MPH while sitting still.

  • Very nice plane. Very nice flying.

  • @dirtriderjacob - Thanks! This plan now has about 125 flights on it and is now powered by a Saito .72. Great Sunday flyer...

  • Where is that field? I would love to fly there.

  • @mreid08 - The field is located in west Houston in Bush Park.

  • I would never start an engine with the prop level with my groin. Not good for procreation.

  • Yea i know. I love how you can here the wind turbulence from a distance with 1/4s or bigger planes.

  • "oh our needle valve is closed" hahaha ya that will do it

  • респект оператору-технически грамотные съемки!
