This is a fairly advanced full body "core" exercise...many will not be ready for it. For you MMA fighters who are here are some tips: 1) Use the corner of a wall if you don't have an attachment like the one in the video. 2) Stay as tall as possible the whole time...never lean forward or backward. 3) Keep you arms totally strait. 4) Spin your hips, shoulders and both feet 180 degrees on each rep.
This exercise will definately improve you punching and kicking power! Get after it!
