@ACIZEK11 That wasn't my point dude... regardless of form, that is putting insane amount of stress on tendons, ligaments, and bones whilst they are at their weakest point anatomically, and will inevitably cause injury later down the line... but for purposes of us watching and respecting this awesome show of strength, Rock on man

Really well done, clearly great strength, but absolutely no need to do them. Puts ridiculous stress on you wrists (tendons, ligaments, and bones) and will get no extra gains of doing that compared to normal close grip muscle ups, guess as i'm getting older injury is something i think about more!

@9JL5 Do pullups and dips. Then when you're comfortable with those get someone to push you up while you do a pullup, then transfer to a muscle-up. Tell your helper to use less and less strength each time. Then you will know how it feels and you will be able to get to a muscle-up way easier!
