  • so this is like a clean boost?

  • @xscottmcdonaldx Its technically a clean boost pedal but it does distort after a certain point. I was using an tube amp already on the verge of breaking up so it just gave it that extra nudge. Clean boosts have a lot of uses. On solid state amps or amps with more clean headroom they are great for volume or solo boosts.

  • To all who need the perfect boost. Get the mxr cae mc-401 boost/line driver. Boost without tone change!

  • I must ask, what is that sweet looking pedal with Han Solo on it in the background? :)

  • I've got my eye on a Dos Mos from H.B.E.

Or maybe the Cosmic by DMB. And then there's the MI Audio Buff & Boost and the Fulltone Fat Boost.........yeah, got my eye out. I'll check out that Saltbooster. Thanks
