[January tutorial] えびかつバーガー (Ebikatsu Burger as gift)

I haven't done anything related to sandwich or bread yet; hence I decided to do a few videos in this area.

Therefore, in these few months to come, my videos will be something related to bread bento. haha!

This month's video is another "food as gift" video of mine. 1st was dorayaki as gift.

Apart from that, this video will also serve as a response video for runnyrunny999's Daruma contest. This recipe of ebikatsu is taken 99% from his ebikatsu video (as this is one of his requirements for this contest). Another 1% is self-added twist. LOL!

Ingredients list.

Ebikatsu.
--------------
- 7 tiger prawns (shell removed and de-veined)
- 1 tsp of sake
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp flour
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1 tsp mozarella cheese
- salt and black pepper
- Burger bread (slice into half)

Coating:
- flour
- beaten egg
- panko

Sauce:
- 1 tbsp of ketchup
- 1 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp of goma tonkatsu sauce
- 1 tsp of ebiko/ tobiko
- 1 tsp of japanese mustard

Topping:
- Lettuce
- Tomato slices
- 1 slice of cheese

Deco:
- 2 slices of cucumber
- Cheese
- seaweed
- Fish sausage

Wrapping:
- Gift box
- deco wax paper
- ribbon
- Transparent gift wrapper
