    ¡¡bravo Río de Janeiro!!

Saludos desde la Ciudad de México la capital azteca

  • I'm Greek and I definitely prefer Morricone! But the emblem is absolutely breathtaking, elegant and full of emotions! Well done !!!

  • ¡¡¡súper el video y también sale Teotihuacán!!!

  • OMG salio teotihuacan!

  • The accompanying music is by the renowned Greek composer Vangelis Papathanassiou, who is also the 1981 Oscar-winning composer of the original film score "Chariots of Fire".

    Truly inspirational!!!!

  • Ἀθηνᾶ

  • Politics is one thing that tarnishes the ideals of the Olympic Games. Slinging dirt over each other and tearing each other apart like this is not what the Ancient Greeks would have wanted future generations to do.

  • Greece was under othomanic suppression for 377 years! Not "400-500" years.

From the fall of Constantinople 1453(greek and known as Istanbul today) to the greek liberation-war from 1821-1830.

But during the suppression, greek culture wasnt dead. The turks/othomans installed in greece the "Millet"-System. This System guaranteed the greeks a free use of theyre culture, language and religion.

Except for some exceptions here and there, it wasnt a bloody thing at the beginning.

  • sorry for the comment! i thought you were someone else.
