  • dude.. my highschool's symphonic band has like less then 20 people in it...

  • @xavierkeithpricekirk Their marching band unit is one of the best, but it doesn't show at all in this video... I think it should be deleted...

  • Too much breath's at the beginning! Sounds kinda bad... Sorry... I think our band of only about 50 sounds kinda better... and OH wow is that Elise Ono at 1:08? hahaha

  • This symphonic band is huge. holy cow. I would cut at least 25% of them. and make them all re audition. and give them a tuner.

p.s. I need to work on my spelling. lol

  • A good effort, but overall it sounds like everyone is just playing their notes mechanically and not making any effort to add expression & dynamic contrast, with the possible exception of the final 30 seconds. With all due respect, the conductor is mostly to blame, as she waved her arms widely during soft spots (for example). Sorry to be such a bummer, but this piece has so much potential for passion and goosebumps, and needs to be approached with that in mind.

  • that sounds really bad. people are flat and not in tune

  • I am sorry I am saying this, but this Symphonic Band needs to find a conductor who can 3/4 pattern. Than they wouldn't be/sound so confused. This peace conducts by style, not by strenght.

  • this is a really beautiful song but i hate the run in the middle of the song

  • one word, this song lacks and needs brass!

  • meh, when the band gets that bigm its hard to get the song right
