My little brown throat isn't very loud as conures go, but he can be persistent. Our sun conure on the other hand... if she yells in your ear, WOW! I don't even notice the noise unless we're trying to talk; they take that as an invitation to join in. The louder you talk, the louder they squawk!

Conures are very loud I have 6 right now
3 are mine..3 will be up for adoption soon.
But I still love it...
