  • muy bueno la aplicacion de su sabiduria felicitaciones mos lee venezuela

  • I study with Aaron and it is really essential to breathe with movement. Peace.

  • There are many variations and methods of practicing Qigong. With Dynamic 10 Zen Qigong the breathing is intensified and the pace is quickened. This breathing exercise is to expand lung capacity and energize the body. It is simply a sample of Zen Yoga training and watching this video will not provide you with a full understanding of Qigong. If you want to learn more...google Zen Yoga or Aaron Hoopes

  • Hey, come to my apartment!!!

We can do Yoga with our shirts off :)

We can stretch our limbs and pull on our nutsacks !!!

    Bring chocolate syrup...

  • yeah that struck me straight away, shouldn't the breathing be unaudible. I was told that whilst doing yoga or any breathing excercises if a feather was put under your nose it should not move.

  • So many negative comments perhaps ignorance is truly bliss.

  • no doubt you know what you are doing but I am wondering why all the shallow breathing? Why not deep diafragmatic breathing?

  • Thank you for that wisdom! Keep it coming.

    Love n Peace

    Namaste

  • GAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
