  • Just an update that developers can create content using Flash to be converted for iOS device use but iPhone and iPad won't actually receive Flash which is bad news. Good news is Adobe is releasing Flash 11 and AIR 3 tonight at 9 PM Pacific/12:00 AM Eastern.

  • If you use flash on the PC now, chances are you're comfortable with the websites you're visiting that use them. The features outweigh the vulnerabilities of flash considering the exploits are too complex for those wacky hackers that come from india.

Action Script is lightyears ahead of HTML5, it's a complete programming language. I'd say it's far from dead considering Adobe is working on a new RIA (rich internet application) which will succeed Flash with Action Script 4.

  • @TheOffensiveuser I cannot wait until the new Flash debuts and I agree, nothing can really come close to its abilities.

  • can;t wait till 4th of october

  • @PspGear It will definitely be an eventful day!

  • That's good news. Though I don't have an i-phone, now the apple folks can come view my website :) most of my visitors come from chrome on the PC though... simply mind boggling.
