Oh my that's Missy! She's by far the best Mac manager I've met. Everytime I buy a new product or have questions I always run to her. Since she is manager at my local mall in Hayward. Props to the bay area!!

i hate going to mac and any other place with expensive makeup products like when i went to dillards i had a horrible experience there

the employees are pressuring you to buy something and don't let you just browse me and my mom were coaxed in to buying an $80 foundation that when you use it at home it doesn't even work

but at least this lady was very nice id actually shop a bit more at mac if their employees were more respectful and not so snobby

this mac assistant was lovely. i dunno what it is, but most of my mac store experiences havent been all that great. they always seem busy or stuck up and generally very unapproachable. i do most of my shopping online now. sad times. lol.
