Sit on the abductor machine: Slowly force your legs apart as far as comfortably possible, return to the starting possition and repeat. ideally vary the inclination of you torso in every set.Bend at the waist, and do a set with upper body against the back of the seat ,followed by a set with upper body bent forward at the waist. in this way you will work on both gluteus medius as well as maximus. So overall it will give your buttocks a rouded appearence, making your waist look slimmer.
