omg you DO NOT swimg your whole body!!! shes bad for even a beginner....no offence, but i realized that you gotta sit straight and gotta have your heels down. She did not say "steady, girl!" did she??? shes the one whos throwing the horse off balance, she needs to steady! im sorry, but can sombody at least tell her the basics before she rides?
