(and about the below question...i think that the MAIN feeling, no matter if is hers, when reading the book, is...what she is reading at the moment. So, she may like the feeling of reading it, but when READING it, the main feeling is scare or anxiety or whatever the book wants you to feel. So, there are two (or more) instances of feelings: when getting excited knowing shes gonna read, and when actually reading it. So, what i would do i

@gagzy1989 She mentioned crime, ergo negative feelings of fear etc. it is bad, just as I cannot allow myself a glimpse or to hear anything horror related(gives me the willies).

Also, one book told the story of a couple that had split up and had a very ill sun. It was traumatising but I was really hooked into the story. I read the last page and the boy didn't survive. I thought "Forget this, I'm glad I read the ending as I would have been so depressed to have gone through the rest of the story". It was a long drawn out one. What was the point of all that sadness, over some fiction. That's madness.

'Get into a book' I take on the emotions of the characters. So strange. When the character was positive I became positive but vice versa. I could not finish a certain vampire book. I felt so bad resorting with that character.

Ah! Mysteries! EXTREME up/down/up/down vibrational mix. You can't read it if you don't match its vibration. We don't stockpile vibrations. We can only ever vibrate in the moment. If one seeks the "drama" of extreme contrast followed by "justice", even in fiction, then one chooses that vibrational mix. It's vibration. Vibration is non-physical and ,fiction or not, THAT is what "counts". Your vibration, every moment, is a request for more OF it that is answered, every single time.
